A leading company in customer service is hiring for a dynamic role focused on member interactions at their Clarke Quay location. Responsibilities include assisting check-ins, handling payments, achieving sales targets, and maintaining studio cleanliness. Candidates should have relevant experience in customer service or sales, with a passion for creating positive member experiences.
5 Days | 8 hour Rotating Shift
Weekday: 7am to 3pm or 130pm to 930pm
Weekend / PH: 715am to 315pm or 10am to 6pm
Salary:Basic $2,000

Requirements
Relevant working experience in customer service and/or sales
Responsibilities
Welcoming members & assisting with check-ins
Building rapport with new and existing members
Handling payments when required
Assisting with bookings, cancellations or requests by members
Achieving membership monthly target set by HQ
Attending to phone/walk-in/email/text enquiries
Actively seeking new sale opportunities
Maintaining studio's cleanliness
Printing and emailing EOD sales reports to Directors
All other ad-hoc duties given by Store Manager
