Job description

  • Position: Receptionist cum Retail Sales Associate

  • Location: Boon Lay (Near Boon Lay/Pioneer MRT)

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (7.50am - 4.50pm) with 1 Saturday duty per month

  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,800 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + OT Pay (if required)

  • Duration: Permanent

  • Industry: Fire Protection

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers who visit the store

  • Address customer inquiries and provide product and service information with professionalism and accuracy

  • Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and retail area

  • Answering incoming phone calls promptly

  • Prepare quotations based on the service report and communicate with customers via email or phone for acknowledgment

  • Manage customer confirmations, proceed with quotations, and generate invoices

  • Ensure proper documentation, including photocopying and signing off on service reports before handing them over to the servicing center

  • Notify customers when items are ready for collection and assist in processing payments

  • Hand over items with required servicing labels and ensure all documentation is completed and filed appropriately

  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only

  • Minimum ITE certification and above

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative work required
