A leading company in Singapore is looking for administrative support staff. The role involves reception, inventory management, and assisting with HR functions. Candidates must have at least a diploma in Business/Administration, with strong communication skills and the ability to efficiently conduct various office tasks.
Focused Areas
Reception , Meet & Greet Visitors, Call transfer, Courier Svc coordination
Daily Mails collection, stamping and distribution
Maintaining all Conference Rooms setup and bookings
Support in Events Management, Parties
Support in Inventory management (Stationery, pantry items, general sundries)
Support in upkeeping of HR related files, document archive
Support in employees Onboarding & Repatriation procedures, Flight ticketing
Other general HR & Admin duties as assigned
