Receptionist @ Central Location-[Full-time| Up to $3288]

Are you a dynamic and customer-focused individual looking to make a difference? Our client, a prominent leader in the electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive visitors and answer telephone (in-bound call) enquiries.
• Update price plans and track cost allocation of mobile plans.
• Submit data for reports update on a monthly basis.
• Create invoices using SAP.
• Create and liaise with vendors for staff photos.
• Submit quarterly carpark submissions, cost allocation, and payment request forms.
• Arrange for fruit baskets and visas for other employees.
• Perform other administrative duties as tasked by the supervisor.

What we're looking for:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience as a corporate receptionist or in customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Minimum GCE 'O' levels.
• Familiarity with SAP will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Clarke Quay/Raffles Place.
