A leading company in Singapore is seeking a skilled front desk receptionist to provide outstanding customer service and manage inquiries effectively. This role involves working 5 days a week with alternate Saturdays and requires at least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles. Join us to enhance customer interactions and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Working Days: 5 days alternate saturday, 9am-6pm / 9am-3pm
Salary: $2,500 - $3,500 + Bonus
Location: Sin Ming Autocity (Bishan / Upper Thomson)
Requirements:
At least 2 years' experience as front desk, receptionist or customer service related role
Able to commit 5.5 days alternate Saturday
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and deliver memorable experience with service efficiency, effectiveness and quality.
Handle phone or walk-in customer’s feedback/complaints/inquiries effectively and professionally.
Maintain an effective communication to ensure customer retention
Generate reports and suggest service improvement initiatives and processes.
Perform cashiering duties
Maintain and update appointments for servicing and repairs.
To inform customers about our promotions and do a regularly follow up through phone calls reminding them that their vehicle is due for inspections.
Upsell products and services to customers
Other ad hoc duties assigned by manager
