Qualifications

Job description
  1. Ensures timely collection of school fees
  2. Attends to walk-in customers
  3. Helps with signing up potential clients
  4. Handles communication via phone and email
  5. Performs administrative duties such as student registrations, invoices, payments for music courses/books/retail products, teachers’ schedules, students’ replacement classes, etc.
  6. Ensures smooth school operations and provides counter desk support during operating hours
  7. Motivates and collaborates with the team to achieve excellence and meet school targets and KPIs
  8. Assists the Supervisor with specific responsibilities and reports in a timely manner
  9. Manages inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needed supplies, and placing orders
  10. Maintains cleanliness and neatness of the school
  11. Maintains and cares for school equipment, calls for repairs, and evaluates new equipment and techniques
  12. Performs other duties as assigned
  13. Provides excellent customer service
  14. Acts with compassion and professionalism towards customers, students, teachers, and colleagues
  15. Demonstrates integrity in work
Additional details

School location: In the mall beside Marine Parade MRT station (exit 1)

Working commitment: Both weekends

Working hours & benefits:

  • $800-900 per month

Preferred skills & experience
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • At least 1 year of administrative assistant experience
  • Knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Canva, etc.
  • Good problem-solving, detail-oriented, and organizational skills
