We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
FW QUOTA IS FULL AND NOT APPLICABLE.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Telephony, Receptionist
Preferably, the entry-level specialized in clerical/administrative support or equivalent.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (SIMPLE TASK):
Reception screening (visitor) open/close main door.
Answering/transferring incoming calls to internal respective parties.
Handling incoming mail, outgoing fax, and filing.
Generate purchase order (AutoCount software).
Excel data entry of delivery order/tax invoice/income tax.
Ad hoc tasks given by HR: pantry cleaning, inventory record, stationery record, passport record, printer trays.
OPERATION HOURS:
5 working days (weekdays only).
9 working hours: 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM (including 1 hour break).
BENEFITS / TERMS:
Employment protocols: follow MOM rules.
I don't believe in qualifications, but the initiative to enhance and learn is more effective at our end.
Salary range: $1,800 - $1,900 (SGD).
Salary payout before day 7th monthly.
Yearly $400 medical claim (dental is excluded).
