Receptionist $2500 ( up to $4500 / 6 off + All PH off )

Job Description & Responsibilities

1. Position: Permanent
2. Hours: Retail hours (weekends included)
3. Responsible for booking and confirming customers’ appointments via call/message and email.
4. Responsible for maintaining a tidy reception area and receiving customers with greetings upon their arrival at the outlet, answering enquiries about treatment services.
5. Responsible for processing transactions and other ad hoc duties.

Requirements

1. Excellent communication abilities (verbal and written).
2. Willing to work retail hours.
3. Telemarketing / Customer service-related experience will be an added advantage.
4. Target driven and customer service oriented.
5. Strong Interest in the Beauty grooming industry (Hair Care, Beauty, Slimming).
6. Positive, energetic, and willing to learn.
