Job Details:

Duration: 1 Year Contract, start mid/end-May 2025

Location: Harbourfront / Kent Ridge - MRT accessible (rotational)

Salary Range: $2390 - 2900

Working Schedule: Roster Basis

  • Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm OR 9.00am - 6.00pm depending on roster

Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management
    Greet and welcome visitors or clients.
    Direct them to the appropriate person or office.
    Answer inquiries in person, via phone, or email.

  • Telephone Handling
    Manage incoming calls and route them appropriately.
    Take messages when necessary.
    Maintain a professional and courteous phone manner.

  • Administrative Support
    Schedule appointments and meetings.
    Handle incoming and outgoing mail or packages.
    Maintain filing systems (digital and/or physical).
    Order office supplies and keep inventory.

  • Data Entry & Record Keeping
    Update databases or contact lists.
    Maintain visitor logs or meeting room schedules.

  • Office Organization
    Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
    Sometimes assist in event coordination or internal communications.
