Job summary
A leading company is seeking an Administrative Support professional to assist with various office maintenance tasks, meeting logistics, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in an international environment, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Assist with office maintenance; plants & flowers, key and space, safety and facility, mail & cargo, business card and other printing services, meeting arrangement.
- Manage the stationeries and routine consumables for the office. Coordinate the ordering of new stationary and consumables for the office.
- Update office phone directories and briefing materials for office.
- Manage meeting room logistics.
- Provide support to office on fixed assets and facility management.
- Provide other reception and/or admin related support.
- Coordinate office transportation.
- Support vendor seeking and selection.
- Can be called upon to act as director or president secretary if needed.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by Line Manager.
Requirements
- Associate degree or above, Bachelor degree preferred.
- 3 years administrative experience in international companies.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English & local language.
- Strong communication skill, relationship building and service minded.
- Must maintain presentable professional appearance and hygiene.
- Can carry out multi-tasks & deliver on time.
- Can work independently and teamworkis needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to be able to work in other functional area is preferred.
