A leading company is seeking an Administrative Support professional to assist with various office maintenance tasks, meeting logistics, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in an international environment, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with office maintenance; plants & flowers, key and space, safety and facility, mail & cargo, business card and other printing services, meeting arrangement.
  • Manage the stationeries and routine consumables for the office. Coordinate the ordering of new stationary and consumables for the office.
  • Update office phone directories and briefing materials for office.
  • Manage meeting room logistics.
  • Provide support to office on fixed assets and facility management.
  • Provide other reception and/or admin related support.
  • Coordinate office transportation.
  • Support vendor seeking and selection.
  • Can be called upon to act as director or president secretary if needed.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by Line Manager.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or above, Bachelor degree preferred.
  • 3 years administrative experience in international companies.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English & local language.
  • Strong communication skill, relationship building and service minded.
  • Must maintain presentable professional appearance and hygiene.
  • Can carry out multi-tasks & deliver on time.
  • Can work independently and teamworkis needed.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility to be able to work in other functional area is preferred.
