Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Perform frontline customer service support
  2. Good confidence in handling telephone calls and arranging customers’ booking schedule
  3. Follow-up calls and text with customers
  4. Perform cashiering and general administrative duties
  5. Maintain filing of customers’ treatment cards and update information in the system
  6. Maintain cleanliness of front reception counter
  7. Ensure smooth coordination and communication with team members
  8. Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

  1. Able to work on weekends and PH preferred
  2. Must be neat, presentable and have effective communication skills
  3. Able to commence work immediately or within short notice period
  4. Location at Marina Bay Sands
