Job description

Job responsibilities:

  • Greet, welcome, and direct clients at the Concierge and main reception, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting reception area aligned with the company’s image.
  • Provide front desk support to both clients and internal employees.
  • Manage and optimize meeting room bookings using the internal system.
  • Coordinate security processes, including issuing access badges to new hires and visiting international staff.
  • Assist walk-in staff with urgent printing needs at the front desk.
  • Oversee the cleanliness of executive restrooms near reception and coordinate with cleaning staff.
  • Liaise with building management for office maintenance and ad hoc repair requests.
  • Coordinate business card printing requests with external vendors.
  • Provide backup coverage for the mailroom during breaks, including handling deliveries at the reception counter.
  • Support other basic administrative duties as assigned by the manager.

Position requirements:

  • Diploma and above in any discipline.
  • Billingual in multiple language as you will be required to handle mandarin speaking clients.
  • Possess strong organizing, coordinating and communication skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop and video editor
  • 5 days work week
  • $3,000 - $3,500
