A wellness company in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will manage customer appointments, perform administrative tasks, and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in MS Word and communication skills in English and Chinese are essential. Experience in a salon or spa setting is a plus, and the role includes a basic salary of SGD 2200 - SGD 3000, with additional performance bonuses available.
- Answer incoming calls and scheduling customer appointments
- Administrative duties such as data entry and record keeping
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and basic computer skills
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Familiarity with TCM & Spa treatments and concepts is a bonus
- Experience working in a Salon/Spa setting is a bonus
- Willingness to work shifts including weekends and PH preferred
- Must be able to communicate and liase effectively with both English and Chinese speaking customers
- Basic salary $2200 - $3000 based on experience
- Additional monthly performance bonus and annual bonus
