A leading company in the automotive industry is seeking an organized office administrator to ensure efficient office operations. The role involves handling clerical tasks, promoting services to customers, and providing logistical support, essential for maintaining smooth interdepartmental workflow. Candidates should have relevant experience and excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
An organized and detail-focused office administrator who ensures smooth office operations by handling clerical tasks, aiding communication, and offering logistical support. This position is essential for daily functions, promoting efficient interdepartmental workflow while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.
Manage daily front desk duties; greet and welcome customers, maintain a tidy front counter area, and handle incoming phone calls.
Provide administrative support; generating invoice/quotation, scanning, printing, emailing, filing, etc.
Promote current promotions, encourage customers to like/follow, write feedback, and account sign-ups on our company page.
Assist customers to file accident reports (GIA).
Liaise with customers on their vehicles for repair & collection.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Relevant work experience & qualifications in administrative/ customer service / automotive industry would be advantage.
Excellent communication skills, proactive, and pleasant disposition.
Strong clerical skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
