The job scope is as follows:
Liaising with our patients with regards to appointments, treatments, payments and other queries.
Liaising with patients through various platforms.
Building a strong rapport with patients using customer service skills.
Explaining treatments and procedures to patients.
You will require:
Excellent customer service skills.
A willingness to learn new skills.
The ability to speak articulately over the phone and in person.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (equivalent) in any field.
The position requires you to perform shift work. Specifically, 1 weekend day and some evening sessions during the week. You must be able to perform shift work for this position. Kindly refrain from applying if you are looking for an office hours position.
Experience in dental or healthcare is not essential. However, those with some experience will be able to commence on a higher basic wage.
