A local company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for customer service and telemarketing responsibilities, including appointment management and administrative support. Successful applicants will be responsible for answering and forwarding calls, maintaining records, and ensuring a tidy reception area. Meal provision is included, along with a 6-day work week from 11am to 9pm.
Job Description & Responsibilities
Follow up call from responses received.
Responsible for booking and confirming customers’ appointments vial call /message and email.
Responsible for maintaining a tidy reception area.
Telemarketing / Customer service-related
Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls to the relevant personnel
Maintain accurate records of documents.
Provide administrative support.
Meal Provided
6WD Per week
11am-9pm (1hrs break)
