  • Customer Engagement - Greet and assist clients warmly and ensuring a positive experience
  • General Inquiries - Answer phone calls and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Payment Handling - Process payments, manage cash registers, and handle retail product sales.
  • Proficient in digital platforms - Google, Gmail, Whatsapp and other communication platforms.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)

  • Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
  • Comfortable communicating in fluent English
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles such as hospitality, retail and sales is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
