The Relatins and Appointments Coordinator is the first and last point of contact for patients in our high-end, high-tech dental clinic. This role ensures that every patient interaction reflects the clinic’s commitment to exceptional care, discretion, and modern dental excellence. The receptionist coordinates appointments, manages financial transactions, supports clinical staff, and upholds the luxury standard of the practice environment.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome all patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a personalized, discreet, and comfortable experience.

Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.

Schedule, confirm, and manage complex appointments using [your clinic’s software].

Handle patient check-in/out and digital paperwork.

Process payments, insurance claims, and treatment plan estimates with accuracy and confidentiality.

Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
