Tek Systems is looking for a Reception & Facilities Coordinator to enhance customer service and operational excellence at the Super App Merchant Centre in Singapore. In this role, you will manage reception duties, facilities issues, and account support, all within a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, a customer-centric mindset, and experience in office administration or customer-facing roles. Qualifications

  • A Diploma or ‘A’ Level qualification (students on semester break welcome to apply).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine customer service mindset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (including vlookup, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for walk-in merchants — greet them professionally, provide basic information, answer queries, and ensure a clean and functional centre environment.
  • Spot and escalate any facility-related issues for prompt resolution.
  • Liaise with merchants on operational issues, escalate concerns, and ensure timely follow-ups are resolved within SLA.
  • Manage appointments, contracts, inventory, and procurement; provide reports and assist with ad-hoc team tasks.

About the Merchant Centre:

A dedicated hub for small- and medium-sized businesses, supporting merchant success through onboarding, education, and operational support. As part of the Singapore Operations team, you’ll be working alongside a lean, collaborative crew focused on growing the merchant ecosystem.

Your Role in a Nutshell:

  • Reception Duties: Be the first point of contact for walk-in merchants — greet them professionally, provide basic information, answer queries, and ensure a clean and functional centre environment
  • Facilities & Issue Management: Spot and escalate any facility-related issues for prompt resolution
  • Account Support: Liaise with merchants on operational issues, escalate concerns, and ensure timely follow-ups are resolved within SLA
  • Admin Responsibilities: Manage appointments, contracts, inventory, and procurement; provide reports and assist with ad-hoc team tasks.

What You’ll Bring:
