Job description

Receptionist cum Administrative Officer

Working Location: Lavender Area

Working days: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm & Alt Sat 8am-12pm

Salary: $2400 to $2800

Requirements:

  • At least Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field

Job scope:

Receptionist Duties:
  • Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing mails
  • Manage visitor logbooks
  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees professionally and courteously
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and queries promptly
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and bookings
Administrative Duties:
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document management
  • Track birthday celebrations and send personalized emails
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Support HR activities, including maintaining employee records and onboarding
  • Handle staff house check-in/check-out records and dormitory agreements
  • Arrange cleaner’s schedule and supervise duties
  • Ensure compliance with office procedures and policies
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for building maintenance
  • Coordinate with Logistics for errands and driver arrangements
  • Distribute company items (pens, jackets, organizers, etc.)
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
