Job summary

Micron is seeking a Quality Metro Real-time Defect Analysis (RDA) Engineer in Singapore to enable robust quality monitoring, early detection, and rapid containment across advanced packaging and NPI environments.

You will apply AI-enabled insights, SPC/FDC, and data analytics to prevent escapes, accelerate learning, and improve process robustness during NPI, pilot, and ramp phases. Collaboration with Quality, Process, and Automation teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 0-2 years in semiconductor manufacturing or RDA/automation roles.
• Understanding of quality concepts, excursion management, and yield improvement.

Responsibilities

• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work while adhering to standards.
• Supports quality readiness for NPI, pilot, and ramp-to-HVM transitions.
• Monitors quality metrics, logs incidents, and supports containment actions.
• Collaborates with Quality, Process, Equipment, and NPI teams to refine monitoring.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives and data-driven reviews.
