Job summary

TikTok is seeking skilled frontend engineers to design and optimize a real-time, high-performance live streaming UI across PC and mobile. You will work on large-scale distributed infrastructure and collaborate closely with product managers to deliver a top-tier streaming experience for creators and viewers.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in frontend development, strong JavaScript/HTML/CSS skills, and experience with React, Vue, or AngularJS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in computing or related field.
• Proficient in JavaScript/HTML/CSS and browser fundamentals.
• Experience with mainstream front-end frameworks (React/Vue/AngularJS).
• Experience with large-scale front-end development and maintenance.
• Familiar with debugging and testing tools and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop user-interfaces for TikTok Live on PC/Mobile, including multi-sca le features.
• Develop infrastructure to support TikTok Live business and productivity tools.
• Create high-quality UX with strong design and coding.
• Collaborate across teams to improve cross-regional communication and iteration.
