We seek trainers with expertise in real estate practice, market analysis, laws and compliance, estate planning, architecture, investment, sales and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experienced real estate trainers with practical knowledge.
• ACTA, ACLP or equivalent adult-education qualifications preferred.
• Able to translate technical knowledge into practical learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom or online training.
• Facilitate discussions, activities and property-related case studies.
• Develop or enhance lesson plans, presentation slides and learner materials.
• Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Keep course content accurate, relevant and up to date.
• Maintain attendance and training records where required.
• Comply with applicable CEA requirements and our quality-assurance procedures.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and learner engagement.
