Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily office operation and general administrative support
  • Ensure proper handling, filing, and archiving of contracts, tenancy agreements, sale & purchase agreements, and legal documents
  • Liaise with legal teams, regulatory bodies, and government authorities to ensure compliance with relevant laws, licenses, and permits
  • Monitor and renew business licenses, property certifications, and agency registrations as required
  • Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for services including IT, maintenance, cleaning, security, and repair work
  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing for administrative and operational costs
  • Collaborate with finance to support document preparation for audits and tax compliance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in administrative management, with at least 2 years in the real estate or property industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
