Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily office operation and general administrative support
- Ensure proper handling, filing, and archiving of contracts, tenancy agreements, sale & purchase agreements, and legal documents
- Liaise with legal teams, regulatory bodies, and government authorities to ensure compliance with relevant laws, licenses, and permits
- Monitor and renew business licenses, property certifications, and agency registrations as required
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for services including IT, maintenance, cleaning, security, and repair work
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing for administrative and operational costs
- Collaborate with finance to support document preparation for audits and tax compliance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in administrative management, with at least 2 years in the real estate or property industry
