This full-time role entails strategic planning, market research, and financial analysis to ensure the company's investment profitability. Our client is in search for Real Estate Business Development Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of the company's real estate portfolio, identify new business opportunities and drive company's investment profitability.
This role will provide basic salary + commission.
Working location will be at central-west.
What you'll be doing
Developing and executing strategic business plans to invest in real estate
Conducting market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends
Perform financial analyses, structuring and feasibility studies entailing cash-flow analysis and yield projections
Preparing relevant business proposal to present to relevant stake holders
Prepare relevant financial report to analyze the performance of the portfolio
What we're looking for
Relevant tertiary qualifications in real estate, finance, or a related field
Excellent understanding of the commercial real estate market, including trends, regulations, and industry best practices
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
