Real estate Fund accounting Yardi walkin drive

• Real Estate Fund Accounting - 12 positions
• Location: Mumbai/Bangalore/Chennai
• Department: Fund Services
• Vacancy Type: Permanent
• Work Timings: Americas 8pm/8:30PM to 9 hrs shift, 5 days a week
• Work Mode: Hybrid
• Roles & Levels: Associate, Senior Associate, AM, Manager
• Education Requirement: Graduate, MBA, Qualified CA or ACCA, MCOM, BCOM
• Experience Requirement: 1+ years in Yardi or Real estate fund accounting; Proven experience in fund and property accounting, NAV calculation, financial statement preparation for real estate funds; Ability to transition real estate funds from onshore locations and onboard clients; Strong client relationship skills; Proficiency in Yardi Voyager, Microsoft Office, macro-enabled workbooks; 0-4 years (or 4-12 for Midlevel) of relevant experience
