Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in real estate, asset management, leasing, business development or project management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate real estate opportunities, perform due diligence and market research.
• Manage property portfolios to optimise asset performance and value.
• Oversee tenancy and lease management including negotiations and renewals.
• Prepare tender specifications and manage end-to-end tender process.
• Coordinate development initiatives and stakeholder engagement for asset projects.
