Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in selecting properties and achieving sales targets.
- Promote property sales through various advertising media and listing services.
- Engage with prospects and clients interested in real estate deals.
- Communicate with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
- Coordinate the closing process of property deals, ensuring all documents are signed and payments are received.
- Act as an intermediary between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate transactions.
- Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies during property transactions.
- Monitor the property market to identify potential clients and secure brokerage deals.
- Maintain ongoing contact with clients to discuss future business opportunities.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Valid CEA License or a Diploma/Graduate in Real Estate, with the ability to transact in the property market.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic market.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in liaising with Chinese-speaking clients.
