Job summary

SIONG CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a Site Engineer specialized in Reinforced Concrete (RC) structures to oversee on-site technical operations and ensure safety and quality on every task. You will bridge design drawings with field execution while complying with Singapore's statutory boards.

Qualifications

• Experience with RC structural works or similar on-site roles.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with safety and quality control practices on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RC structural works including piling, formwork, reinforcement, and concreting.
• Ensure site activities align with drawings, method statements and project quality plans.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Liaise with Resident Engineers (RE) and Resident Technical Officers (RTO) for site inspections and approvals.
• Monitor EMPP compliance as per NEA guidelines.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site diaries.
• Enforce WSH regulations on-site and conduct regular quality checks.
