Qualifications

Job description

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Handle daily Ranger Buddy operations, including sales, record-keeping, inventory checks/ control, and equipment preparation.
• Manage redemptions (programs & rewards) and any other relevant inventory.
• Provide information to guests on enquiries, applicable to both Ranger Buddy and general Mandai Wildlife Reserves offerings.
• Maintain general cleanliness of work area.
• Create a welcoming environment and provide excellent guest service.
• Proactive approach to engage guests as a brand ambassador, promoting the Ranger Buddy products.
• Address and resolve guest concerns.
• Support crowd control efforts and queue management
• Any other duties as assigned.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level
• Preferably with prior customer service/hospitality experience
• Enjoys interacting with children
• Service-driven positive attitude with an outgoing personality
• Able to perform shift work, including working on weekends and public holidays.
• Able to stand for long hours, in both indoor and outdoor environment
