Job summary

GENERAL RAIL TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED seeks an Interface Coordinator for rail projects, acting as main liaison between LTA, SMRT, civil contractors, track and PSD teams. The role focuses on ensuring site readiness and tight integration across civil, survey, coring, TVM, and PSD workstreams.

You will manage multi-contractor coordination, permits, and track access, while tracking progress, mitigating risks, and reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering/construction experience.
• At least 5 years in railway/MRT projects.
• Experience with PSD, E&M or railway systems is a plus.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to work on-site, including night shifts and track access hours.
• Fluent in Chinese and English with ability to liaise with headquarters in China.

Responsibilities

• Act as interface coordinator between LTA, SMRT, civil contractors, track and PSD teams.
• Manage civil-to-PSD handover and ensure site readiness (survey, coring, track alignment, TVM status).
• Review and coordinate design interfaces; resolve clearance, alignment, and installation issues.
• Plan and control installation sequence (Civil -> Survey -> Coring -> TVM -> PSD).
• Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and track access with construction schedule.
• Manage site access, permits, and multi-contractor coordination.
• Track interface issues, mitigate risks, and drive timely resolution.
• Liaise with authorities and stakeholders for technical coordination and compliance.
• Support testing & commissioning, ensuring system integration readiness.
• Maintain interface documentation, reports, and progress tracking.
