Job description

Position: Radiography Operations Executive

Work location: RadLink Lite - Ang Mo Kio

Job Scope:

1, Staff Rostering

• Administer staff rotas day-to-day – adjust staffing to account for medical and urgent leave

• Administer locum timesheets

2, Radiological Licensing

• Administer radiological licensing for facilities – Prepare applications, renewals, changes and terminations, maintain appropriate records

3, Equipment Licensing and Maintenance

• Administer and ensure that licences are up-to-date and maintenance is performed according to schedule

• Maintain appropriate records

4, Imaging Operations

• Monitor and compile statistics on imaging operations for Lead Radiographer – E.g. Scanning times, SOP breaches, etc.

5. Other Administrative Tasks

• Prepare and submit monthly staff claim forms, locum claim forms

• Perform ad-hoc assignments delegated by Lead Radiographer to support centre operations.
