Job summary

National University Health System in Singapore requires a Patient Care Assistant to support radiology services and patient comfort. You will provide basic care, assist with hygiene, and help prepare patients for examinations.

You will also assist doctors or radiographers, enter data into Worklist and Radiology Information System, perform daily PM on X-Ray equipment, and handle related administrative tasks with strong patient communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: N Level.
• WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care) or equivalent preferred.
• Computer literacy required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care and assist with hygiene and personal care.
• Assist doctors or radiographers in examination rooms and prepare patients for procedures.
• Assist radiographer with data entry into Worklist and Radiology Information System.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance for General X-Ray equipment.
• Interact well with patients and support administrative duties.
• Data collection and storage of request forms.
• Retrieve forms from storage/system.
