Responsibilities

• Assist the radiographer in performing radiological examinations.

• Assist patients in transfer from wheelchair to examination room.

About the job Radiography Associate (Radiographer)

Radiographer / Radiography Associate (2-yrs contract, 3-rotating shifts)

Pathway to become license Radiographer in Singapore (Due to all Malaysia Universities Graduate do not automatically being recognized under AHPC except UKM graduate. Through this route all Malaysia Degree holder Radiographer graduate can become license radiographer in Singapore too)

Remuneration & Benefits for Radiography Associate

Basic Salary: From SGD 2,600/month onward (will be increase to above SGD3000-4000+)
Housing Allowance: SGD 500/month (will become SGD600 when promoted to Radiographer)

Pathway

Attend and pass interview → Take English Test (self pay) → Start working as Radiography Associate in Singapore Hospital → take QE (sponsored by employer unless fail) → become licensed Radiographer in Singapore

Responsibilities

• Assist the radiographer in performing radiological examinations/x-ray.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the X-ray equipment and room to ensure compliance to infection control guidelines for patient safety.
• Assist Doctor and Radiographer in the examination room.
• Explain radiographic procedures to patient and take care of patients before and after X-ray scans.
• Greet and receive patients at reception area.
• Direct, accompany or assist patient on wheelchair to waiting areas/examination rooms in transfer of patient from wheelchair/trolley to x-ray couch.
