Qualifications

• Proficient in radiation therapy procedures from pre-treatment to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT simulation, construct treatment devices, and calculate dosimetry per plans approved by Radiation Oncologists.
• Operate radiation therapy machines and related equipment following safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety, occupational health, and infection control standards.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on equipment to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Keep accurate records of radiation doses delivered to each patient.
• Provide quality patient care and communicate clearly regarding side effects and treatment updates.
• Supervise and guide student Radiation Therapists and participate in training activities.
• Contribute to education and research within the department.
