Job summary

Nanyang Technological University in Singapore is seeking a Research Engineer to support radar sensing projects for remote sensing in complex environments. You will contribute to radar hardware architecture, system integration, and experimental sensing platforms, configuring front-ends and antennas, and building data-acquisition pipelines.

Qualifications

  • MSc/MEng/BEng in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • Background in RF systems, radar hardware, embedded systems preferred.
  • Hands-on radar signal processing experience and RF test equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Configure radar waveforms, antenna arrays, and acquisition parameters.
  • Conduct system validation, calibration, and performance characterization.
  • Perform controlled laboratory experiments and data-collection campaigns.
  • Support radar signal-processing and machine-learning algorithms such as range-Doppler.
  • Document configurations, procedures, and test results for reports.
  • Collaborate with researchers and students to support experimental needs.
