Job summary

Thales Singapore is seeking a System Support Engineer to deliver radar ICIT, warranty and maintenance commitments for Defence projects onboard vessels and in the factory IVVQ activities. You will support end-users and maintenance teams, coordinate with project managers and overseas teams, and ensure system performance, reliability, and timely issue resolution in a fast‑paced, safety-critical environment.

Occasional travel may be required and Singapore citizenship is required due to Defense

Qualifications

A degree or diploma in Electrical & Electronic or Computer Engineering (or related discipline).
Solid troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues.
Knowledge of Linux, Wireshark, networks and cybersecurity is required.
Experience with radar systems and system maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage and resolve technical issues reported by users, ensuring timely resolution.
Assist the Project Manager and coordinate with overseas Business Line to resolve technical issues.
Perform installation, checkout, integration and testing of radar systems onboard vessels.
Participate in system interface and integration tests and support maintenance during warranty.
