The Opportunity:
  • Global MNC, Giant Beverage Manufacturer & Distributor
  • Location: West, Singapore
  • Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm
  • Salary: Up to $4,000
  • Company transport provided
Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare beverage prototypes following product developer instructions, ensuring they meet taste, color, and quality standards.
  • Use lab and pilot plant equipment (e.g., balances, pumps, fillers) to prepare small batches.
  • Perform basic lab tests, including taste and odor evaluations.
  • Maintain and calibrate lab equipment as per guidelines.
  • Record test results accurately and report to the product developer (lab notes must remain on-site).
  • Organize and manage the storage, packing, receiving, and shipping of samples using online tools.
Job Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food, beverage, or pharmaceutical lab or quality control setting.
  • Diploma or degree in Food Science or Food Engineering preferred.
  • Basic skills in using and maintaining lab instruments accurately.
  • Ability to handle confidential information (e.g., formulas, ingredients).
  • General knowledge of food chemistry, microbiology, and ingredient properties.
  • Understanding of how physical and chemical principles apply to beverage products.
