Job summary

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Chemical Physics, Physics, Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Optics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong modeling, data analysis, and scientific computing background.
• Experience with Python, MATLAB, or C++ for algorithm development.
• Knowledge of signal processing, optimization, and inverse problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop algorithms for CD-SAXS and OCD data analysis, profile reconstruction, and parameter extraction.
• Explore ML and AI techniques to improve model fitting and uncertainty quantification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy research into production-grade solutions.
• Publish papers and contribute patents in metrology analytics.
