The Opportunity:

  • Permanent role
  • Work Location: Central
  • Work Hour: 9am - 6pm

Adecco is partnering with a forefront technology innovation company that develops cutting edge deposition solutions for semiconductor, lifescience and electronics industry.

The organization is setting their its R&D facility in Singapore and we are looking for a R&D Project Managerwho will be responsible for leading and managing R&D projects from conception to completion.

The Job:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedule design reviews, and track project milestones.

  • Coordinate with external vendors for cost and delivery of subsystem components within defined timelines.
  • Guide engineering teams, provide direction, and explore alternative approaches for success. Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Lead complex system builds, particularly involving Ultra-High Vacuum Physical or Chemical Vapor Deposition technologies.
  • Apply systems engineering principles, including requirements analysis, system architecture, integration, and verification/validation.
  • Possess broad technical knowledge of capital equipment design, precision applications, and components for emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet critical milestones and quality targets.
  • Establish and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to support long-term quality improvements.



The Talent:

  • Bachelor/ Master of Engineering
  • More than 5 years of progressive experience managing semiconductor capital equipment/ deposition equipment projects.
  • Strong background in project control and use of project management tools.
  • PMP certification will be an added advantage.
