Job summary

HP Singapore is offering a College Intern – R&D Mechanical Engineer position. The intern will work with the R&D team on printer product development, and use CAD to design mechanical parts.

They will document design rules, run simulations, and help optimize machine settings to maximize yield while reducing cycle time. You should be pursuing a mechanical engineering degree and be able to commit to a full-time internship starting in May 2027 for 5–6 months.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering.
• Able to commit for a full-time internship around May 2027 for 5–6 months.
• Excellent analytical thinking, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of mechanical product design.
• Mechanical drawing using CAD software is an added advantage.
• Passion in hands-on projects.
• Experience applying AI/ChatGPT to support engineering problem analysis.
