Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Textile Engineering, Material Science, Textile Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in textile manufacturing, textile product development, or research and development.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in an R&D or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of textile materials, fabric testing, and textile manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Experience with product innovation, quality improvement, and laboratory testing is an advantage.

Job Description

The R&D Manager is responsible for leading research and development activities for textile products and manufacturing processes. This role focuses on developing new textile materials, improving product quality, enhancing production efficiency, and supporting innovation initiatives within the factory. The manager works closely with production, quality control, and design teams to develop products that meet market and customer requirements.
