R&D Manager (Culinary)
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and test new recipes, products, and culinary innovations.
- Refine and optimize recipes to meet specific needs and standards.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and adherence to industry standards.
- Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations, supply chain) to align on product briefs and ensure successful product launches.
- Lead and manage R&D projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and technical requirements.
- Drive culinary innovation and explore new ideas and techniques.
- Provide technical knowledge and expertise in R&D processes.
- Stay informed about current and emerging culinary trends and consumer preferences.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in culinary arts or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in culinary and R&D.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate information to diverse audiences.
