We are seeking an experienced R&D Manager to lead our technical teams in developing innovative aviation products, ensuring compliance with airworthiness requirements, and driving business growth through improved customer satisfaction, productivity, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the R&D department, developing and implementing effective technical strategies.
• Provide technical direction for product development, technical support, and certification.
• Ensure compliance with applicable airworthiness requirements and obtain approvals from authorities (e.g. CAAS, EASA, FAA) and aircraft manufacturers.
• Drive product management initiatives to achieve greater customer satisfaction, increased productivity, better product quality, and lower manufacturing costs.
• Act as authorized design signatory for certification/design data with major aircraft manufacturers (e.g., Airbus).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
• Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and calculated risk-taking.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in aviation R&D, product development, or engineering management.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations (e.g., FAR, EASA, CAAS).
• Experience with certification processes and design data management.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• International experience or exposure to global aviation markets.
