Job description

Responsibilities

  • Product Development: Lead the research and development of new dairy products, including formulation, testing, and scale-up processes.
  • Quality Improvement: Analyze and enhance existing products for taste, texture, shelf-life, and nutritional content.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products comply with relevant food safety and quality regulations, including labeling and nutritional guidelines.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for new product development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production quality assurance, to ensure successful product launches.
  • Monitoring: Oversee the unstuffing of incoming cargo for urgent usage, ensuring timely availability of materials.
  • Trial Samples: Ensure that trial samples meet the required specifications of customers before proceeding with production.
  • Raw Material Testing: Verify that raw material test results are available and meet specifications prior to production.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of experiments, formulations, and processes, and prepare reports for management review.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies in dairy processing and product development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in R&D within the food or dairy industry
  • Strong understanding of dairy processing techniques and product formulation.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality assurance processes.
