About the role

This position reports to the Product Innovation & Strategy Director and is responsible for compliance, control, budget, expense management, and administrative tasks within the R&D department.

Responsibilities
  • Compliance and Controls: Facilitate and maintain sensory informed consent forms, manage quarterly R&D activities tracking for audits, maintain tracking files for manhours, activities, and spending, and ensure proper filing systems.
  • Organization Movements Tracking and Recording: Manage records of organization charts, headcount, staff employment dates, and maintain R&D personnel data for audits and reporting.
  • SOPs Management: Control procedural documents, initiate periodic reviews, and manage document ownership transitions.
  • R&D People Training Records: Collaborate with departments to update training curricula, upload them to QualityOne VTS, and maintain feedback reports.
  • SharePoint and Compliance Reports: Manage SharePoint lists, conduct annual user reviews, and ensure compliance.
  • Budget and Expense Management: Prepare budgets, track expenses, manage R&D project supplies and services, and oversee contract administration.
  • R&D Administration and Employee Engagement: Manage visitor arrangements, organize group trips, administer rewards and recognition programs, track membership in programs, and coordinate talent development initiatives.
Experience required
  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in accounting, finance, communications, or information management
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel; knowledge of MS Office and event coordination is advantageous
  • Strong bookkeeping, accounting, and editing skills, with the ability to learn control systems quickly
  • Experience in budget and expense management and workplace behavior aligned with Reckitt's values
