Job summary

Swift Search Global Pte Ltd is seeking an engineering professional to support New Product Introduction, process development, and cross-functional project leadership in a fast-paced global manufacturing environment.

This role offers exposure to optoelectronics and sensor technologies, with opportunities to apply DOE, DFM, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement while collaborating with Operations, Quality, and Suppliers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Physics or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience in optoelectronics, sensors, semiconductor, automotive, or precision engineering industries preferred.
• Knowledge of DOE, DFM, root cause analysis, and process optimisation.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Creo, SAP and MS Office advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support and participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
• Drive process development and continuous improvement to improve yield, productivity, and process stability.
• Conduct root cause analysis, DOE, and corrective actions for product and process issues.
• Perform Design for Manufacturing (DFM) studies and support new product development activities.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and technical deliverables.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and external vendors to support project execution.
• Handle customer technical issues and drive quality improvements.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, work instructions, and quality control plans.
• Support ISO/IATF16949, EHS, and continuous improvement initiatives.
