Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Materials Science, Polymer Science, Chemistry, Metallurgy).
• Familiarity with data analysis methods and statistical tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-driven projects and second-source qualification initiatives with planning, execution and reporting.
• Support new product development activities and participate in technical discussions and experimental design.
• Assist in laboratory trial runs, perform hands-on work, troubleshoot, collect and analyze data.
