A leading company in the photovoltaic industry seeks a Laboratory Researcher to support product design and development. The role involves conducting research, analyzing data, and maintaining laboratory equipment related to Si based PV processing. Candidates should possess a relevant degree and have laboratory experience, alongside strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Mathematical Skills
Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications. The ability to choose the right mathematical methods or formulas to solve a problem. Knowledge and prediction of physical principles, laws, their interrelationships, and applications to understanding fluid, material, and atmospheric dynamics, and mechanical, electrical, structures and processes. Ability to program calculations using software tools.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to apply common sense towards the execution of responsibilities. The ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events). The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to work with a minimum of supervision; must be a self-starter.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this position, the incumbent is regularly required to reach with hands and arms and talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The position requires the ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers to grasp or manipulate small objects. The incumbent may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts as well as hazardous materials/chemicals. The noise level in the laboratory environment is usually quiet to moderate. This person will be required as needed to wear Specialized Protective or Safety Equipment such as Eye Protection, Hearing Protection, or Breathing Apparatus. While performing the duties of this position, the incumbent may be in contact with potentially hazardous materials.
