Job summary

The role involves overseeing raw materials development, coordinating testing for new offerings, and driving end-to-end product development while leveraging diverse culinary trends and production methods.

Qualifications

• Education in food science, culinary arts, or related field.
• Experience in product R&D with large chain restaurant brands, preferably in Singapore, Thailand, or Malaysia.
• Ability to independently manage the full product development cycle.
